Who’s holding you?

You’re holding everyone.

Virtual counseling for mothers at every stage, and for the women who care for everyone else, anywhere in Florida.

You're pregnant or newly postpartum, and what you're feeling is bigger, scarier, or harder to name than anyone told you it would be.

A large, light-colored, smooth, circular shape with no distinguishable features.

You spend all day caring for other people (your kids, your parents, your patients, students, clients, birthing families) and come home with nothing left for you.

You lost a pregnancy, or you're still waiting for one (month after month, test after test), and the world keeps moving like nothing happened.

A black and light gray geometric design with a curved division.

Your body has been through something, whether a birth that didn't go the way it was supposed to, pain, hormones, or perimenopause, and you're still carrying it.

A black background with central light gray semi-circle, resembling a gauge or speedometer with percentages marked from 0% to 100%.

Your kids are getting older, and your own childhood is getting louder

Or you're fine, mostly, and you want a space to slow down and process the ups and downs of womanhood and motherhood.

Any one of these is reason enough.

Most therapy treats what you’re feeling as a disorder to fix. I treat it as one of the biggest transitions of your life, because it is.

Becoming a mother, and every stage after, rearranges your body, your work, your relationships, and your sense of who you are. It has a way of bringing your own childhood to the surface at the exact moment you have the least room for it.

How we work together

  • EMDR to help your mind and body finally file away hard memories, like a difficult birth, a loss, or something older.

  • DBT skills for the moments when emotions run the show: rage, overwhelm, shutting down.

  • Family patterns: noticing what you learned growing up and choosing what you pass on.

  • Faith-integrated counseling, if you want it. If your faith is part of how you heal, it’s welcome here. If it isn’t, it won’t come up.

Hi, I’m Kailyn.

I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern* in Florida and a mom myself. I provide virtual therapy for women and mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, loss, fertility, raising kids of every age, caregiving, and the big identity shifts in between.

*Practicing under the supervision of Jeremy Bonta, LMHC (MH12371). That means a second experienced clinician is thinking about your care alongside me.

Why Virtual?

Take your session from home during nap time, or with your baby in your arms. The last thing you need right now is a drive, a childcare scramble, or a waiting room.

HOW IT WORKS

Book a 15-minute consultation.

1

Tell me a little about what’s going on, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.

Have your first session.

2

A 50-minute virtual session. Your baby is welcome. Feed, rock, or walk around, whatever you need.

Keep going, one session at a time.

3

We usually meet weekly to work on the practical things (“I haven’t done one thing for myself in weeks”) and the deep things (“painful childhood memories keep coming up out of nowhere”).

THE DETAILS

$105

per 50-minute session

I don’t bill insurance directly. Superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
