$105 per 50-minute session
Virtual individual counseling for women located in Florida.
15-minute consultation: no charge, no commitment.
Payment is due at the time of each session through a secure client portal. I don’t bill insurance directly, but superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
GOOD TO KNOW
Cancellations
Life with kids and stressful jobs can be unpredictable, and I get it. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Everyone gets one “free pass,” but the second (and following) late cancellations or missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I’ve completed my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and am registered with the State of Florida while I complete my post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure. I practice under the supervision of Jeremy Bonta, LMHC (MH12371), so a second experienced clinician is thinking about your care alongside me.
-
Not directly. I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your plan about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
-
You need to be physically located in Florida during each session. That’s a licensing requirement.

Yes. Feed, rock, or walk around, whatever you need. If you’d rather have the hour to yourself, that’s welcome too.
-
Most clients start weekly. As things feel steadier, we can space sessions out.
-
EMDR, DBT skills, and attention to family patterns, chosen to fit you. Faith-integrated counseling is available if you want it, and it never comes up if you don’t.
-
Not at this time. I work with individual women. If couples or family therapy would serve you better, I’m happy to help you find a referral.
-
Yes, with the legal exceptions I’ll walk you through at your first session, such as a risk of serious harm. I discuss cases with my supervisor as part of your care, and he is held to the same confidentiality standards.
-
I’m not a crisis service. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
