Hi, I’m Kailyn 🩷

I didn’t start doing this work because fitness was always this easy thing for me. I am here because my body eventually stopped responding to the way I was pushing it.

I built my identity around discipline, hard work, and intensity. I was so good at “trying harder” and pushing through exhaustion, and it worked really well … until it didn’t.

Years of binging and restricting, overtraining, poor stress management, and ignoring my body caught up with me. My hormones were a mess, my energy was awful, and suddenly I looked at my life, and I was in the middle of autoimmunity and an eating disorder.

When I thought I was “doing everything right", I was actually putting my body in survival mode.

Healing for me finally came through learning how to support my body, regulate my nervous system, and rebuild trust in myself and my body. This journey completely reshaped how I move, eat, rest, and relate to God.

  • The faith elements in NURTURE are gently rooted in a Christian perspective, but they’re always offered as an invitation, never a requirement. You’ll find prompts, prayers, and spiritual reflections throughout the program, but they’re designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re deepening your faith, questioning it, or just curious, this space is for you. You won’t be judged, only supported.

  • Most programs assume that if they give you a better plan, your behavior will magically change. But if that were true, you wouldn’t be here, because you already know what to do.

    You know how to work out. You know what “healthy eating” looks like. The problem was never a lack of information or effort. It’s that your body has been operating under chronic stress, high cortisol, and nervous system overload, and no plan works when your system is stuck in survival mode.
