You’ll get out of NURTURE what you put into it, but that doesn’t mean you have to spend hours each week. The curriculum is designed to be flexible and realistic, even for busy women.
Most journaling prompts can be completed in just 20–30 minutes per week, and many clients like to “habit stack” them by doing a question or two per day for 5 minutes right after workouts or during a quiet moment before bed.
If you want to take more time and go deeper, you absolutely can, but even small moments of reflection can create meaningful change.
