Motherhood changes the whole woman (body and mind) and care has to meet both.
MIND
BODY
Hi, I'm Kailyn.
I sit at the intersection of body and mind: certified to train the body (hormones, movement, your cycle) and licensed-track to care for the mind (matrescence, birth trauma, grief).
Most care looks at one half. I understand how both connect.

How I Got Here
I didn't come to this mind-body viewpoint from a textbook. I am here because I have lived at that intersection myself through autoimmune disease, an eating disorder, and my own postpartum.
I worked with women as a personal trainer for five years, and I kept bumping into the same truth: what was happening in their bodies was never just about their bodies. It was tangled up in everything they told me between sets: the grief, the marriage, the pressure at work, the weight of all of it.
I realized I was only ever caring for half the woman. So I went back to school for the other half.
Who I’m Here For
-

The postpartum woman struggling to find herself in the transition.
-

The pregnant woman anxious about the upcoming changes.
-

The woman trying to conceive and carrying grief while trying to pretend everything is fine.
-

The woman ready to finally process a birth that didn't go the way it was supposed to.
-

The woman navigating new complex relationship dynamics during a time of transition.
-

The woman that wants to break the generational cycles and show up healed for her children.
I understand these thoughts, because I have had them too.
Am I crazy?
~
Who am I now?
~
Will I ever heal from this?
~
Why do I feel guilty all the time?
~
Am I a bad mom?
~
Is it always going to feel like this?
~
How do I feel like myself again?

You are not crazy. You are becoming someone new and that deserves support.
Two Doors. One Whole Woman.
I work in two separate spaces, and you’ll only ever be in one of them with me. But wherever you start, you get all of me.
“I want help with the physical health side.”
A customized fitness, nutrition, and stress-management plan. Your six-month path to transform your hormonal health through preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum. And because I understand mental health, I'll never hand you a plan that ignores what you're actually carrying.
“I want help with the mental health side.”
A standing time on the calendar to process all aspects of motherhood and your life, one session at a time. And because I understand hormones and the body, I'll never treat your mind like it floats free of the rest of you.
